There could be up to 2,000 jobs on-site, depending on the type of filming including security, training, painters, plasters, joiners, metal workers etc. The intention is to up-skill local people, with the number of local jobs increasing as the local population becomes more experienced. There will wider ‘spin-off’ jobs in the region, which will provide an overall total of 8,450 new jobs.
